e-Declaration for the Posting of Workers

The proposed e-Declaration would create a voluntary multilingual public interface linked to the Internal Market Information System for posting-worker declarations. Participating host Member States could require service providers from other Member States to use a standard electronic form, with data transferred automatically to national authorities. The proposal aims to reduce administrative burden, improve administrative cooperation and inspections, and support protection of posted workers' rights without changing the underlying posting framework.
