The Competitiveness Compass brings together work on innovation, industrial transition and the conditions for businesses to grow in Europe. The programme also includes trade partnerships, raw-material supplies, security and preparedness. Skills, labour mobility and quality jobs connect the economic agenda with workforce needs. The programme combines strategies, legislative proposals, investment initiatives and coordination measures across these policy areas.
