Union of Skills

Union of Skills measures span basic education, digital learning, science and technology education, vocational training, higher education and labour-market mobility. The programme lists action on basic skills, a Skills Guarantee, skills academies, university-business partnerships, portability and recognition of qualifications, a European degree or label, and talent attraction. It also includes support for teachers and academic staff, school and university alliances, and ways for international talent to enter the EU. Its timetable combines pilots, strategies, frameworks and legal arrangements intended to connect education and training with skills needs.
